Make your own Christmas bathroom display

Make your own Christmas bathroom display

At this time of year it is nice to make your own decorations to display around the house but many people forget about the bathroom as it can be tricky to know what to put in there due to the temperature always fluctuating. But what is the hurt in adding a bit of sparkle and festivity to every room in the house? Nothing, it makes the home feel more festive and warm for yourselves and any visitors that come round. So here is how to make your own Christmas bathroom display:

What you will need:

  • Tea lights
  • Pinecones
  • Branches
  • Christmas themed ribbon
  • Tall pillar candles
  • Small baubles
  1. Choose a shelf or storage unit where you would like to put your Christmas bathroom display. Place the larger items from the list onto the chosen area, like the branches and pillar candles. Fill any gaps with the pinecones.
  2. When you are happy with the display start to prepare the ribbon and weave it in and out of all the branches and candles. A ribbon with a wired edge will be much easier to maneuver around the objects and a sparkly or shiny ribbon will give the desired Christmas feel.
  3. Add the baubles to the display. Try to use baubles that fit with your already established colour theme in your bathroom. Alternatively, silver or white always go with any colour and look great.
  4. Add the tealights around the front of the display. Using Christmas scented candles could be a
good idea and will give a nice aroma to the bathroom.

And there is your lovely new Christmas bathroom display which you can re-create every year or even keep it throughout the year and just swap out a different coloured ribbon!

Always remember to never leave lit candles unattended and away from children.
