Delivery policy
Delivery prices are quoted for UK mainland addresses only – certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may incur a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
UK mainland orders received Monday – Friday before 12.00 pm will be despatched on a next day service by APC or DPD.
Orders placed after 12.00 pm Monday – Thursday will be despatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after 12.00 pm Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
If you have given us your mobile number you will be notified by the courier when they will be delivering your kit.
For Saturday delivery this needs to be selected at checkout and the order received before Friday at 12.00pm. These will then be dispatched by APC for Saturday Delivery.
Our staff occasionally need a break therefore, despatches will not be made at weekends, bank holidays or over our Christmas shutdown.
International Deliveries
The cost of shipping varies depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. To provide you with the best possible service, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. This allows us to offer you the most accurate and up-to-date rates.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
