One of the most frequent questions we are asked is about colour matching. As you may already know, we manufacture the majority of our Acrylic Bath and Shower Tray Repair Kits to match the Perspex International Colour Reference 1W28 which is the European Standard White for Acrylic sanitaryware, but not many people know that this is not the only colour available.
Our Acrylic Bath and Shower Tray Repair Kits are the only repair solutions on the market globally with invisible colour matching capabilities for a variety of bathroom suites.
As a business, we continually monitor bathroom interior trends to ensure that we are up to date with the latest colours of bathroom suites and shower trays meaning we can always provide invisible colour matching. This doesn’t mean that we only match the most fashionable colours though. We still do Avocado too!
How do I know what colour I need?
All you need to do is put in a quick call to the bath or shower tray manufacturer to ask for the correct colour reference. Most manufacturers are more than happy to provide you with this information.
What other colours do you do?
While the 1W28 European Standard White is the most common colour for sanitaryware, we know this doesn’t mean it is the only colour. 1W28 is often described as a ‘grey’ or ‘off-white’ shade. We also offer 1W17 which is a brighter White, affectionately referred to as ‘Colgate White’ in our office! 1W17 is more commonly required for Stone Resin shower trays.
