All sales are subject to the following trading terms and do not affect the consumers’ statutory rights.

We guarantee that the goods we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We will ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any defects arising from the application of the goods.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for whatever reason. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.

All prices quoted are in GBP.

We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card, Paypal or Internet Banking. The title of the goods remains the property of Anglo Adhesives and Services until payment has been received in full.

Delivery prices are quoted for UK mainland addresses only – certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may incur a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to us within 7 days of delivery. Provided that this notice is given, we will replace or refund goods free of charge.


Refunds, Returns and Cancellations


You have certain rights under the law. These include:

  • That any product supplied by us will be of a high quality, fit for their intended purpose and will conform to any description given on this website.
  • A right to cancel your order within 28 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive your order on which you receive a full refund, minus delivery charges, even if the product is not faulty or damaged
  • Cancellation must be communicated by contacting us via telephone, email or our “live chat”.

Return of non-faulty goods:

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a refund of the net value of the product price provided that:

  • You notify us by email, telephone or live chat that you are returning your item no later than the 28 days after the day that you received delivery of your item.
  • The item is returned to the seller by appropriate means and is not damaged in any way.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
  • The product arrives back to us in a suitable packaging and good condition for resale.
